Lincoln School is a not-for-profit association. Every cent earned is either spent on improving educational programs, infrastructure, or innovation and entrepreneurship programs.

Lincoln School is governed by the assembly of associates. Every family gets to be associated by a representative that will participate in the assemblies or be represented by a power of attorney.
The assembly of associates meets once a year to receive annual Presidency, Treasury, and Fiscal reports, elect the Board of Directors and vote on important decisions regarding all school aspects.
The Board of Directors can request extraordinary assemblies of associates at any time if the need arises.
Lincoln also has board committees that can be composed of associates and Lincoln Parents. We have permanent and Ad Hoc committees that help achieve goals and strategic objectives. Board committees respond directly to the board of directors.

The Finance Committee is in charge of ensuring the financial health of the institution by making sure that policies are complied with. It also ensures there is a financial balance between the Institution's income and expenses.
The Transportation Committee is its subcommittee and it advises the Board of Directors on everything related to student transportation, such as schedules, costs, safety, schedules, etc.
The Education Committee's primary objective is the search for continuous improvement of the academic programs offered. It is constantly reviewing the programs and ensuring that all policies are being followed. is in charge of ensuring the financial health of the institution by making sure that policies are complied with. It also ensures there is a financial balance between the Institution's income and expenses.
The Scholarship Committee is its subcommittee and it is responsible for analyzing requests from parents requesting temporary financial assistance.
The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Committee is an ad hoc subcommittee that actively collaborates with the Board of Directors to achieve the objectives and action plans in the areas of innovation and entrepreneurship.
The Founders Committee is another subcommittee that supports the administration in the development of the Founders Scholarship Fund through different activities to raise funds and invest them in the program. It is also responsible for identifying and selecting the candidates who will receive the scholarships through Founders.
The Buildings & Grounds Committee advises the Board of Directors in the analysis of new projects, maintaining current infrastructure, and ensures that the Administration complies with guidelines set forth by the Board of Directors regarding infrastructure.
