The Lincoln Community participated in a collaborative planning process throughout the 2020-21 school year. Parents, staff, and students engaged in a variety of ways, including surveys, focus groups, and workshop sessions.

All the information gathered from these exercises was analized and taken into consideration.

Student-Centered Approach

  • Strengthen our Student-Centered Approach in our instruction and relationships.
  • Develop a set of key student-centered instruction practices and train faculty and staff in them.

Recruitment & Retention of High of Quality Staff

  • Consolidate recruitment policies and retention plans for all staff.
  • Offer the most aggressive compensation packages in the region to ensure we hire the highest quality faculty and staff who choose to stay for long periods of time.

Professional Growth and Development Opportunities

  • Build capacity of faculty and staff through aligned PD opportunities.
  • Develop PD plans for both staff and faculty that correlate with our goals and values.
